Let’s Talk Accessibility
Quality mental health care should be accessible, but I also know access looks different for everyone. There are many reasons why therapy can be out of reach.
To honor both accessibility and sustainability, I offer reduced-rate sessions on a case-by-case basis when capacity allows. This helps ensure that I can continue providing thoughtful, high-quality care to my clients and community over time.

Green Bottle Sliding Scale Framework
The Green Bottle Sliding Scale Framework (originally created by Alexis J. Cunningfolk), which is an equity-based model that considers income, financial responsibilities, and access to resources. This approach helps ensure that therapy remains financially accessible and fair for all clients. I don’t ask for financial information or justification; I trust that clients will self-select the right fee for them.
My pricing for therapy is as follows (per 50 minutes):
True Reciprocity (Tier 1): $190
Sustainable (Tier 2): $150
Solidarity (Tier 3): $115

Community Therapy Funds
I partner with different community therapy funds, which provide paid sessions for a certain amount of sessions.
